Big Brother 15 is the fifteenth season of Mateo's Big Brother Series.

Twists

• Twin Twist: Two twins would alternate shifts in the house, secretly switching places throughout the first 5 weeks. They have to survive the first five evictions in order for both players to play individually.
• Battle of the Block - 'The Battle of the Block' has two HOH's and four nominees in which the nominee pairs will participate in a challenge in order to be the last pair standing. The winning duo is safe for the week, and it dethrones the HOH that nominated them, meaning the HOH returns to the normal pool of Houseguests and is eligible to be backdoored. At the end of the week, only one HOH stands, with two nominees remaining on the chopping block for the week. This twist finished on Week 5.
• America's Care Package: Brought back from Big Brother 3, At the beginning of Week 7, Julie introduced America's Care Package. This twist allowed the viewers to vote for one HouseGuest to receive a special advantage within the game each week. Once a HouseGuest received a Care Package, he/she was not eligible to receive another in the future.
• Jury Re-Entry Competition: Following Week 10's eviction, the five jurors and the remaining HouseGuests competed in an endurance Head of Household competition. The last juror standing won the right to return to the house, and the last HouseGuest standing (jurors included) became the next Head of Household.
